The Rental

The story begins with Amy, a college student in distress after being evicted from her apartment. She finds herself living out of her car, feeling dirty and exhausted. She is desperate to find a new place to live and receives a promising call regarding a rental opportunity.
Despite numerous rejections due to her poor credit, she decides to go directly to see the last available option. She meets Philip, the landlord of a private room, who shows her around the property. Amy notices something peculiar about him but overlooks it due to the appealing conditions of the house.
Philip offers to let her move in without paperwork or a credit check, and she accepts eagerly, unaware of his hidden intentions. As Amy settles into her new room, Philip starts making frequent visits under the pretense of checking on her. His behavior begins to unsettle her, especially when she catches him intruding on her privacy.
Eventually, she discovers him smelling her clothes and staring at her while she sleeps, revealing his disturbing obsession with young women. Frightened but intrigued by the power she holds over him, Amy engages in a twisted agreement with Philip. In exchange for free accommodation, he is allowed to fulfill his perverse desires by watching and touching her.
Their interaction escalates as Amy bargains for her tuition to be covered in return for offering her body to satisfy his deviant urges.
