Gia Derza is lounging in her bed, gazing coquettishly. She reads a message on her phone, responds, and utters, 'Just initiating, see you shortly.' She rises from bed and swiftly does some exercise to heat up and perspire a little. Suddenly, she hears her mother Chanel Preston alerting her from outside the door to wake up for school! At 18 years old now and in her final year of high school, occasions such as this with Chanel looking out for her won't endure for much longer!Gia hops back to bed. Chanel walks in as Gia moans, pretending to stir drowsily as if feeling unwell. She discloses to her mom that she isn't feeling well. Chanel frowns and places her hand on Gia's forehead. Subsequently, Chanel exits, reappearing shortly after with a thermometer, instructing Gia to position it under her tongue. Chanel excuses herself to go collect a glass of water.Once Chanel departs, Gia attempts to warm the thermometer using her hands and a nearby light source. As she hears Chanel drawing near, Gia places it in her mouth. Chanel returns with water, setting it down before checking the thermometer. Seeing Gia registering a fever, Chanel declares the need for a day off to take care of her, revealing her intention to take the day off work. Gia, trying not to look heartbroken, futilely insists that Chanel refrains' that. Chanel doggedly asserts her desire to ensure her daughter's well-being! It's rare for Gia to have a fever! Chanel heads to prepare some homemade chicken soup!Chanel affectionately kisses Gia on her forehead, fusses over her and encourages Gia to rest. They press 'I love you' upon each other and Chanel exits quietly. The moment Chanel leaves, Gia sighs in agitation.Gia picks up her cell phone and pings her partner, Alex De La Flor. Speaking in hushed tones, she scans the vicinity to keep Chanel at bay. She grumbles to Alex about their postponed meet-up that day due to her feigned sickness deceit. Gia also laments missing Alex's 18th birthday celebration last week. 'I've got a solution... Stay where you are!' Alex remarks jubilantly.Stunned, Gia grows dubious when prompted with no further message, suggesting that Alex disconnected the call. She wonders, 'What scheme is she scheming...?'Later on, Gia sulks in bed as she detects some commotion. Bearing a surprised expression, she glimpses Alex stealthily creeping in through the back door. With a grin, Alex nestles into bed with Gia, planting a kiss. Playfully, Alex reveals her intent to cheer Gia up, playfully pulling back the covers and sliding downwards toward her. Gia endeavors to stifle her sighs of delight as Alex pleasures her.With Chanel making intermittent visits to the room to monitor Gia, the ladies will have to exercise EXTREME caution to evade detection!
