Caroline, also known as Cytherea, adorned herself in a gorgeous attire, with apparent plans of a night out. However, feeling perturbed by her delayed return, her spouse Joseph, operating a dining establishment, justifies his lateness as work-related. Yet, Caroline remains unconvinced, especially when she detects a hint of scent lingering on his shirt collar. Several days later, Caroline prepares to depart for a weekend getaway with a companion. Following her departure but remaining concealed just outside, it swiftly becomes clear that the vacation was a mere ruse. Seizing the moment, once enough time has elapsed, Caroline retreats back to the house. Upon surreptitiously re-entering, amorous sounds emanating from the bedroom catch her attention. Girding herself for the worst imaginable scenario, she opens the bedroom door and discovers Joseph in close proximity to a younger lady named Stella. Stumbling to concoct excuses, Joseph claims that Stella is a server from the eatery with whom he is discussing work matters. However, Caroline penetrates through his deception with ease. Realizing that reinventing the allure of their bond is indispensable to maintain Joseph's fervor in their union, Caroline comprehends that she must approach it in distinct ways. Swallowing her pride, she proposes injecting excitement into their relationship, suggesting the trysting joy of a sultry menage a trois. Through this amped paradigm, she endeavors to exert some sort of control over the situation in effect leading towards a semblance of control over outcomes.
