Detective
Derrick Pierce and his partner, Sam Shock, are out patrolling when they receive a call regarding vandalism. It's a familiar name causing trouble:
Hannah Hays, the police chief's daughter. They have tried making her pay for her actions in the past but hadn't managed to find proof.
Hannah behaves like she's untouchable, benefiting from her father's position, which ticks Derrick off. Despite the obstacles, Derrick is confident that this time they will secure the incriminating evidence necessary to hold Hannah accountable. Caught with spray paint in her hands, Hannah appears nonchalant upon the cops' arrival.
She recognizes them and likely assumes she will wriggle out of the situation as she always has. It's almost a game for her, until she notices the camera recording her misdeeds. Now, there's no escaping justice.
Derrick is determined to ensure Hannah faces the consequences of her actions this time. However, there might be a way for Hannah to make things right. If she's open to the idea of doing him a small favor, Derrick might consider making the evidence disappear.
